Делаем коробочку для упаковывания handmade работ. Универсальная формула для любого размера

Всем известно, что упаковка служит не только для хранения и транспортирования изделия, но и для презентабельности и повышения статусности handmade шедевра 🙂 Согласитесь, что изделие, упакованное в стильную коробочку, способно произвести большее впечатление на получателя, нежели без неё. Словом, красивая упаковка — это очень нужный и полезный дополнительный плюсик тем мастерам, которые хотят выгодно представить свои работы потенциальному покупателю.

Я упаковываю свои изделия в коробочки двух типов.

Небольшая коробочка с окном (для одной пары резинок или заколок из картона размером А4). DIY

1. Разъёмная коробочка «крышка-дно».

2. Складная коробочка с откидной крышкой.

Коробочку второго типа мы с вами сегодня будем делать. Плюсом такой коробочки является то, что почти ничего не надо склеивать! Только маленький прямоугольничек 🙂 Всё остальное просто складывается. Немножко придётся заморочиться с расчётами и черчением, но зато у вас будет универсальная формула для создания коробочек любого размера, подходящих персонально для вашего изделия.

Когда я говорю «любого размера», я имею в виду, что можно будет варьировать размер по длине-ширине-высоте так, как вам будет необходимо. Такая упаковка годится для небольших изделий различной формы, и вы сами подберёте, какая у вас будет коробочка: квадратная или прямоугольная, низкая или повыше, чтобы изделие идеально в ней помещалось и не болталось. А вот для крупных изделий лучше изготовить упаковку другим способом.

Сразу оговорюсь, что будем делать коробочку размером 70*100 мм, высотой 30 мм. Если заморачиваться с проектированием в ваши планы не входило, то смело распечатывайте мой шаблон на формате А3, и будет вам счастье! А я попробую рассказать, как спроектировать свой личный шаблон, не обижайтесь, если слишком мудрёно рассказываю, всё-таки инженерная профессия даёт о себе знать и в творчестве 🙂

Итак, немного арифметики. Заранее подсчитайте свои величины, исходя из размеров нужной вам коробочки. Я подставляю в формулу свои значения.

  • А = 100 мм (длина коробочки);
  • Б = 70 мм (ширина коробочки);
  • В = 30 мм (высота коробочки);
  • Г = Б/2 — 10 = 70/2 — 10 = 25 мм;
  • Д = Б/2 = 70/2 = 35 мм;
  • Е = А/4 = 100/4 = 25 мм;
  • Ж = А/2 = 100/2 = 50 мм.

Приступаем к проектированию. Берём лист формата А3 (420*297 мм). По центру листа рисуем раскладку боковых стенок коробочки:

Далее рисуем крышку коробочки. Длина крышки равна длине коробочки (А), ширина равна ширине (Б). Пририсуем козырёк для крышки высотой 15 мм. Для маленьких коробочек можно сделать его 10 мм. Скруглим края:

Теперь нарисуем козырьки боковых стенок, чтобы крышка при закрывании не прогибалась внутрь. Сначала сделаем вспомогательный прямоугольник (пунктиром) высотой Г, длиной А. Чтобы сделать скосы, откладываем от точки 1 вверх 3 мм, а от точки 2 влево 7 мм. Соединяем полученные точки.

От точки 3 откладываем вправо 3 мм, затем вверх 3 мм. Из полученной точки чертим отрезок перпендикулярно вверх до конца. Обводим козырёк основной линией.

Если пунктир отвлекает, то его можно убрать. Второй козырёк рисуем аналогично в зеркальном отображении на третьем участке раскладки.

Теперь дно, здесь посложнее. На первом участке раскладки рисуем вниз вспомогательный прямоугольник со сторонами А и Д (пунктиром). Находим среднюю точку на нижнем отрезке. От неё влево и вправо откладываем расстояние Е. От полученных точек 5 и 6 вниз чертим отрезки по 15 мм. Для маленьких коробочек подойдет и 10 мм.

Соединяем полученные точки 7 и 8. Из точек 5 и 6 проводим отрезки к углам первого участка раскладки. Обводим получившийся клапан основной линией, пунктир можно убрать.

На третьем участке раскладки из углов чертим вниз отрезки длиной Д+15 (или 10), затем внутрь влево и вправо от полученных точек чертим отрезки размером Е. Далее вверх по 15 мм (для маленьких коробочек 10 мм). Соединяем полученные точки.

На втором участке раскладки чертим вниз отрезок размером Ж. От середины этого отрезка чертим отрезок размером Д. Полученную точку соединяем с правым нижним углом боковой стенки.

Из точки 9 вправо чертим отрезок размером Д+15 (или 10), затем вверх примерно 13 мм. Соединяем полученную точку с трапецией, которую начертили на предыдущем фото.

Аналогично чертим такой же клапан в зеркальном отображении на четвертом участке раскладки. Для красоты и аккуратности можно скруглить края. Затем сделаем припуск для склейки. С права начертим прямоугольник со сторонами В и 15 мм (или 10 мм). Сделаем скосы примерно по 3 мм. Шаблон готов! Вырезаем его по основным линиям.

Если у вас есть возможность каждый раз распечатывать шаблон сразу на картон, то вам повезло. А я обвожу его вручную. Конечно, так увеличивается погрешность, но в целом — это тоже вариант. Итак, накладываем шаблон на картон и обводим. Делаем это очень аккуратно, чтобы шаблон не съезжал. Обвели или распечатали — вырезали:

По линейке тупым предметом (например, вязальной спицей) проводим по линиям сгиба с внутренней стороны коробочки:

Намазываем клеем припуск для склейки и приклеиваем его к противоположной стороне коробочки. Прижимаем, ждём:

Заправляем кончики клапанов внутрь. Можно подрезать ножницами уголки, если это необходимо.

Заправляем в прорезь оставшийся большой клапан. Это дно коробочки:

Изнутри оно выглядит так. Если вам кажется такой вид не очень эстетичным, то можно вырезать кусочек картона размером с дно и вложить внутрь.

Вот и всё! Если вам нужна только одна коробочка, то, возможно, заморачиваться с таким проектированием не стоит, а вот если необходимо сделать их не один десяток, то это выход!
